New COVID Vaccination Requirement

Vaccination Policy  :  Implementation date ; August 8th, 2021.  All guests and visitors or any persons entering the River Belle Inn must be vaccinated and able to show proof of vaccination and picture I.D. upon entering  No exceptions

While we understand your right to determine if you shall indeed get vaccinated, we are exercising our right to keep our family, our guests, our workers, and any other persons on our property to be assured that all persons have been vaccinated.

We will continue this policy until further notice, thank you for your understanding of our position during this on going COVID time.

If you are not vaccination and have made your booking prior to August 8, 2021, we will move your reservation to a later appropriate date or issue a full refund.  Please note, you will not be allowed on property without proof of vaccination, we will require proof upon arrival check in.  

CHECK IN  : Time is at 3:00 - 9:00 p.m., early check-in may be available upon request.  All check ins after 9:00 must be pre-arranged with the front desk by 9:00 p.m. the day of arrival.
CHECK OUT : Time is at 11 am.  If available, we will try to accommodate a later check out time

BREAKFAST INCLUDED :  Your room comes with a full plated  breakfast from our daily menu from 8am – 10am. Pre-order your full breakfast the night before with your room menu.  A Grab and Go breakfast is available upon request.

EVENING HOSPITALITY HOUR : Your room also comes with our famous "Belle's Happy Hour(s)" each evening from 5 - 6 ish featuring complimentery local wines, lemon water, ice tea, and our chef's special appetizers...... yum yum!

PAYMENT POLICY: 50% "Holding Deposit" of your reservation due upon booking . 50% "Confirmation Deposit" due upon arrival check in.

At check-in please bring the credit card you paid with as we will need to take an imprint for our records, and for any incidentals you may incur during your stay with us, and please also be prepared to show a valid I.D.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY : Our licensing/insurance prohibits any non-registered guests on the property.

NO CHILDREN : Sorry, due to our on the water proximity to the Russian River, our insurance policy prohibits any guests under the age of 16.  Please ask the Front Desk with help to arrange other child approved local lodging if need be.

NO PETS : Pets of any variety are not allowed on the property at any time. We are happy to make recommendations for boarding facilities.

SERVICE DOGS: Notification of the need of a Service Dog must be received by management at time of initial reservation.  Service Dogs must be with you at all times and never left alone on the property.  Service Dogs must have a clearly marked service animal vests on at all times while on the property.  Service Dogs must always be leashed while on the property except in your room only. Service Dogs may never be allowed on the beds or any other furniture. Please arrange with the front desk for breakfast eating areas with your service dog.  You must immediately clean up any and all messes from your service dog, please notify front desk if additional help is needed.  You will be required to sign and adhere to our RBI Service Dog Agreement upon check in.

The Inn will charge for additional cleaning and/or loss of revenue if smoking occurs or if pets are brought on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If canceled before 30 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a a full refund less a $25 service fee. Within 30 days of your reservation, your full deposit is non-refundable.

Special cancellation policy for non-vaccinated reservations as per above. 

PARKING: Reserved parking for guests only. One on-site parking space per room reservation.  Please note our driveway gates are closed at 9:30 p.m. and re-opened at 7:00 a.m.

QUIET HOURS: Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. If you enter the Inn between these hours, please be mindful of other guests.

SPECIALS: Current minimum night stay applies. May not be combined with any other promotions or specials. . All specials must be mentioned at time of booking and are non-refundable. 

KEYS: There is a $25 fee for all lost room keys.


NO SMOKING : We are non-smoking throughout our entire property.
